Capitol

I recently went on my first photowalk. We covered downtown Harrisburg, starting at the Capitol building. I thought it would be a great opportunity to meet some new people and do something different.

At this point I only have a basic point and shoot digital camera, but it takes some decent photos. The photo above was posted as-is, along with a few others on my new Flickr account. I took a lot more photos, but will brighten up some of the rest in Photoshop.

    Your low perspective from Soldiers’ Grove, showing the grass “courtyard” provides nice context to the size of the Capitol. Beautiful photograph.

    BTW… the York walk has been set for June 27th. Hope you can make it.
